Once an order is completed and payment confirmed, it enters the processing phase immediately. During this stage, shipping information is finalized and secured within the system. After processing begins, changes to the delivery address, recipient name, or contact details are generally not possible. Customers are therefore strongly encouraged to review all shipping information carefully before completing their order. Even minor errors, such as an incorrect postal code, missing apartment number, or incomplete street address, can lead to delays, rerouting, or temporary holding of the package by the carrier for verification.

Delivery times can also be affected by periods of high demand. This approach ensures that a single out-of-stock product does not hold up the entire order.

Eligible orders may qualify for free shipping, with no minimum purchase required. While shipping fees are covered for qualifying orders, deliveries are still subject to standard carrier policies and procedures. If a delivery attempt cannot be completed due to the recipient being unavailable, restricted access, or unmet carrier requirements, the package may be returned to the sender. In such cases, the order is usually canceled and a refund issued to the original payment method. Customers are encouraged to monitor tracking updates and ensure someone is available to receive the shipment to avoid delays or returned packages.

Once an order has shipped, tracking information is provided so customers can monitor progress. Tracking updates may indicate various stages, including preparation, transit between facilities, customs clearance, and final delivery. Temporary pauses in tracking are normal when packages move between regions or logistics hubs. Regularly checking tracking details is the best way to stay informed and identify potential delays early.

Occasionally, an order may not proceed to shipment due to stock shortages, unsupported delivery locations, inaccessible addresses, or payment authorization issues. Customers are informed promptly in these situations and offered solutions such as refunds or alternative arrangements.

If an order arrives with the wrong item, contacting customer support promptly allows for quick resolution. Assistance is provided for returns and refunds where applicable. Returns due to size or preference are accepted, but replacement items must be purchased separately. For deliveries that exceed estimated timeframes, reviewing tracking information is recommended first, with support available for further guidance.
